Christine Valette

Christine Valette was sworn in to the Luxembourg Bar in 2001 and has been a lawyer for more than 20 years.


After having practiced in major law firms and local companies (Arendt, Vistra), Christine Valette opened her own law firm, specializing in corporate and commercial law.  Then later, she became partner with Anaïs Bove, in order to support continuously companies in a transversal way in their daily life and their growth. 


Christine Valette focuses her practice around the crucial issues in the life of a company (incorporation, formalities inherent in the evolution of the company, difficulties, conflicts between partners, liquidation).


Her expertise is complemented by a specialization and extensive experience in the field of contract & tort law, debt collection and labor law, offering a comprehensive view to the entrepreneur seeking advice in the management of his company.
